  2. I miss crossfit! It my companies annual conference and I moved this week.... its been nuts! See you next week.... call, text and beat me up if you don't see me Monday morning!

  3. Did the usual thing for eating today but then I didn't get dinner until 8:45 and I was starving, so after my nachos, I had a bowl of cereal.

    B: protein chocolate milk
    L: 1/2 breadstick stuffed with turkey and cheese, fruit salad
    D: cauliflower soup, grilled cheese
    S: it was bunko tonight, enough said. :)
