3 rounds for time

1 min of each of the following exercises

Boxjumps
Ball Cleans
Thrusters
Sit up/GHD's

1 min rest after each round

  1. oh my gosh Camie! I thought that was you! oh man, I am really bummed I am gonna miss this one, dang it! I need to work on those overhead squats and the rest of the work out looks good. Enjoy it fellow crossfiters!
