Day 9: S: 1/2 zone bar B: protein shake with tropical fruit and pb S: turkey hot dog, 1/2 orange, pistachios L: cob slad S: snicker doodle cookie ( I blew it :() D: bean and cheese burrito
Day 9: B: protein shake, fruit and nuts S: hard boiled egg, popcorn L: squash, potato, raspberries, chicken D: slice of veggie pizza, breadstick S:Cookie and a brownie (YW gathering tonight!!!)
Before breakfast I messed up. I grabed some gummies and threw them in my mouth with out even thinking. The rain messed up my morning. we all slept in and I was half with it as I got my kids ready. So B- 2 eggs whole scrambled, 1/2 salsa, 5carrots. 1 piece of wheat toast with buttery spread with canola oil. S- hard boiled egg, cheese stick and 5 raisin. L- was not very hungry my snack was lunch. Later ate 1 piece of turkey and cheese stick. A blueberry lowfat yogurt. Later 1 Tbsp peanut butter. D- Salad, with cottage cheese and turkey, a little ranch dressing. and 1/2 cup of homemade chicken noodle soup.
Day 9 B. 1/4 of whole wheat blueberry waffle with a little strawberry syrup and 1 string cheese (not the best combination) S. small protein smoothie L. grilled chicken salad S. 1 apple slice with chunky pb D. chicken tacos with yummy guacamole, strawberry and pineapple
April 17th: B: 2 scrambled eggs with cheese, 1 cup cereal w/ half cup milk L: 2 small hamburgers S: 3/4 protein bar D: yogurt, cheese stick, 1/2 cup cereal S: 1/2 tortilla, 1tsp peanutbutter, 1 egg
