ReplyDeleteGreat News, our baby daughter finally showed up last Friday! I'll have to swing by soon and show her off. As well as get her use to the smell of iron, sweat and determination.
Question for you - My sister is not interested in crossfit at all, but for some reason is dead set on learning how to do a pull up. I know a lot of people in the box would like to spend sometime on pull ups. Have you ever thought about holding a clinic on just pullups? My sister would be VERY interested.
