Bear Complex, 7x through the cycle = 1 round
  • Power clean
  • Front squat
  • Push press
  • Back squat
  • Push press
  • 5 rounds, increase the weight each round if you can, it is not required though.  Rest anywhere but the ground once you begin the round.
