Deadlifts

2 mins of lunges

Push press

    I gave it my all today, but Brad beat me at the dead lift. I maxed out at 295#. I am pretty sure that is an all time winner for me.

    When it came to the Push Press, working with Camie and Clark last week and going over the fine points of the push press really paid off. I was pushing 150# soundly over my head. That's a 5# increase since last week!

    I didn't really try too hard on the lunges and burpee's. Only 48 lunges and 16 burpees in the 2 minutes, but at least I did it, right??

  4. Ernie, There is no way it was worse than my log for yesterday. Here are some of the highlights. 2 bowls of lucky charms, smash burger and fries, pumpkin doughnut, chocolate covered pretzels, pink animal cookies. Most of those were the better option!
