    Back squat today was 150# which is my heaviest so far. Only a few months ago I was failing at 135# (the hair-removal incident) major progress for me!

    Tabata score was 11, 7, 6 (35# kb), and 6 (GHD)

    Bonus round--made it through the squats with one break for KTE.

    Thanks CFANTS for the great workout and thanks to my workout partners for keeping me motivated. Y'all rock!

    Just a friendly FYI-I've been using the Primal Blueprint Quick and Easy Meals cookbook for several months and the recipes are great! Totally worth the money and way better than Everyday Paleo cookbook.

    KB Swings - 8 (35#)
    Situps - 9

    Bonus -I took one break at 99 and did the knees to elbows, then finished my last squat.

    I'm still trying to think of 'CAKE' workout ideas. I'm imagining a 3 min AMSAP (As Many Slices As Possible) of:
    Cheesecake
    Angel Food cake
    twinKies (yuk. I know. - but it has a K in it.)
    Eclairs

    Box Jumps - 5 (24")
    KB - 6 (44#)
    Situps - 12

    I tried the bonus, but it didn't go over well with my knees.

  4. I should be more thorough in my reporting. Back squats were 115#, 125#,135#,145#,150#
    My tabata score is listed in the same order as Ernie and Jer and box jumps were with 20" box.

  5. I am the biggest slacker. I don't know what my problem is this week. Well I do, I stayed out too late last night after going to Thriller with my girlfriends. I have bowling tonight but will be there in the morning.

  6. It feels soooo good to be doing crossfit again! After my long week break, I was excited to be active again! But alas, I will leave again on Sunday for another week, but this time I am hoping to do some of the workouts while I'm gone. :) Thanks BFF for being my very own personal trainer today. I just love you all and glad to work out with AWESOME peeps! Thanks for keeping me motivated!
    I don't really remember my #'s. You all kicked my butt, so it doesn't matter ha! ha! ha!

  7. I have to admit, this work-out owned me. I don't think I could have done it at all without the help of my personal trainer, Sparky. I did all 8 rounds, with lows of 7, 5, 5, 6. kettle bell was 35# and a 20in box. I might not be able to move in an hour. Luckily, I am out of town for a week to recover.
