  2. It feels good to spend some quality with some heavy weights.

    I went too heavy too fast and killed my strength for the push jerk, but I killed it on the shoulder press.

    Max weights
    Shoulder Press:125#
    Push Press: 145# (it was a bit sloppy, but I got it up there)
    Push Jerk: 145#

  4. Ernie, I'm not sure if your wife would like a demonbell for valentines. That may be a risky move.

    When I showed them to my wife yesterday, she asked if the demonbells where the idol gods of our crossfit cult.

    I may purchase a few of them and put them around the house. I could also make the kids to 10 kettlebell swings in front of them before they go to school and go to bed, but that may be pushing it. At least it would be better than making them eat brussles sprouts. *YUCK*
