How is everyone doing on the eating part of our fitness challange?  If you have some good snack ideas post them.  We have had alot of people wanting some good snacks

  1. Snack idea= lettuce wraps. Peppers, cucumbers, avocado, chicken, wrapped in romain lettuce. No dressing!
    Chicken comes from the rotisserie chicken I buy about once a week to use in salads and snacks.

  3. Wowza. This morning was a good work out. My body is still getting use to three different workouts each morning, but i love it!

    My lowest number of pushups was 5 for the tabata warmup and my max on the Push Jerk was 135#.

    As for the WOD, my time was 10:03 with a 44lb kettlebell. How did everyone else do?

  4. Went at 9:30 this morning instead of 6. What?! Great workout and I love the format.
    Tabata push ups-7 on toes
    Push jerk-65#, 75#, 85#
    WOD-little less than 9:30 with 26# kb
    Bonus-26# kb with 1 break for mtn climbers

    Now it's time for a nap!

  5. Tabata Pushups - 10 (I dropped to knees on round 8)

    Push Jerk - 65#, 85#, 95# (My form needs work. I didn't do much dropping - more push press than push jerk)

    WOD - 35# KB - I can't remember my time, I only know I was slower than Jer (I'll catch you next time).
