Starting next week our 8:30 pm class will be at 7:30 pm.  We will no longer offer a Wednesday night class. Just open gym time.

  1. Oi. Those push presses were hard. I only got 2 rounds + 15 box jumps (Rx).

      -Got 5 rounds & 15 box jumps @ RX - first time ever jumping the whole time @ 20"
      -Was happy that I can actually get my toes to the bar :) small improvements make me happy!
