  1. The last few times at the gym, I've had a bit more elbow room than I'm used to. I have a challenge for everyone: Don't let spring fever keep you from the gym. Tell yourself that you won't let any week go by without coming into the gym at least 3 times (4 would be better). Even if you think you are too sore/tired to do a WOD, come in and just do a solid warm-up and stick around to yell at (err .. I mean encourage) the others.
