My WOD: ----------- 65# press 20" jumps/steps (started as jumps, ended as steps)
Time - 12:44
This was a deceptively challenging wod. Before starting, I thought the press weight seemed really light. But after all the running and jumping, it was hard to suck in enough oxygen to even get my arms in the air.
Those darn jump boxes get me every time... This white girls got no hops WOD 30# press Jump box started @ 16" moved to 12" and the 16" for the last 10 (I will conquer these boxes!!)
A great work out! I was a wimp and only did 15# on the press and 12" box jumps. I was happy I was able to do the work out and not have a passing out episode today! wa-hoo! baby steps, Debbie, baby steps! I might be interested in a food challenge. The only problem is, is that I have this amazing relationship with food, I LOVE it! :) oh, I think my time was 13: somethin', it was close to 14 min
You can cheat on Halloween but only with the Bit-O-Honey and Necco Wafers. Who keeps giving those out?! Gross! Jer, you're in luck. This is a cookie/coke only nutrition plan.
I'm pretty sure I'm already on that plan and hence my disturbingly poor performance this AM. Or maybe it was adjust from sea level to 4500 feet again. Who knows...

Nutrition? Are you talking about eating a spicy chicken sandwich and a 1/2 lb double cheeseburger instead of a spicy chicken sandwich and a 3/4 triple cheeseburger? In that case, I am IN!!!
16:50 - but I have a reason why I was so slow.... I am fat....No really, instead of push presses, I did full cleans, so that slowed me down about 8 minutes :-)
Hey! I have an idea. We could institute a monthly nutrition challenge. What do you think?
