Ok, so I had to scale down. In need of a rest day - gone 3 in a row. I did 15-9-3 with 95# clean. Weight was good, but I vote that burpees be forever banned from crossfit since a burpee isn't really a real thing anyway. I completed my work-out in 5:51. See you all soon.
Whoa, that was a workout. Next time you see me I will be walking with a gate far beyond my years (a.k.a walker shuffle).

Great job 6 am. I'm so impressed how quickly everyone is picking up the movements, and pushing yourself. Looking forward to the 9:30 class

Great workout. I did it on my own. 9:10 with 95#. The cleans were tough, burpees felt good.
