  1. Well now I guess this picture is proof that I should have used the 14# ball yesterday. Busted!
Mantra for today, "I can do anything for 5 minutes, I can do anything for 5 minutes, I can do anything for 5 minutes."

  2. Man, this one looked fun, but I am still under the weather a bit, so I slept in.

Hey Cami - I had an idea for you and would like everyone's input on.

I really like knowing how I did on a previous wod, but I would really like to know how other people did as well when we do a wod a second time or third time. Bascially I need a way to know how hard I need to push to beat Clark.

Could we get a picture posted either in the comments for the day or in something like a Flickr account of the whiteboard?

    Just a thought.

    Jer

  3. I like the idea. Then I wouldn't need to post the half of my results that I remember (Conveniently, it's usually the part of the score I'm less proud of that I forget). I can restrict my comments to good natured grumbling about how sore I am.

  4. Wow! And I thought I was sore from Monday. Loved today's work out!
Don't remember how many rounds but used the 45# bar for all and actually made all my jump boxes today @16" move'n on up!

  5. Nice work everyone!

Wow, I'm exhausted. I did Monday's WoD at 8:30 PM (Where were you Dave W. and Marco?). Then I did today's at 6 AM (not enough rest time).

Warm up reminded me that I need to practice the basics.
    5X5 Shoulder press was a weak 95lbs, 105lbs (failed), 95lbs.
    Part 1 : 3rds Part 2 : 4 rds and change Part 3 : 5 rds +1 rep
    Bonus took 4:20

BTW my quads are sore from an obscene number of wallballs performed yesterday.

Love the idea of taking a picture of the score board and posting. Erase my score just to keep Jer guessing. He's going to have to get over his cold and get his butt back into the gym to see my score for himself. lol. (Nothing to see anyway.)

  6. Sounds great Jer, I will start to post results. Everyone did awesome today. You are all inspiring. I am seeing improvements in everyone and its exciting. I love being able to work with such awesome clients. I have missed alot of you due to sickness, get better and get back in here. Try for at least 3 times a week.

  7. I really want to encourage everyone to try to bring in a friend, we have got our first 20 clients, and want to double that so we can work toward a space. Remember they get a week free, our price has now increased. So those that joined in September you are locked in at your price.

  8. I have to admit my lack of attending lately. I could make a lame work excuse, but that is all I got, work. I can be more diligent after next week tho. I did 5-5-5 pressing of 65, 95, 115. I did 3 rounds + 5 of everything else using 95#. Heavy lift and I was not in the mood for the bonus. Seems like a bum gift to jump like that after such heavy leg work. Front squats are not my friends either, but I think I like burpees less :)
