    B: greek blueberry yogurt and bacon
    l: zuchinni noodles, ground beef, sauce (spagetti)
    s: swiss cheese, 7 saltines (i broke) and an apple
    d: P shake w/ veggies, strawberries & 1/2 banana

    WOD:time? #115 dead lifts....praying I can walk tomorrow. Already feelin it

    S- mixed nuts, dried coconut, beef jerky
    D- cheese stick, almonds, veggies
    S- pumpkin seeds, dried coconut

    Good work out 95# deadlift don't remember my time

    D- large green salad: egg turkey pastrami, cheese, romain & iceburg lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, cucumber
