Warm up

WOD 4 rounds of

20 Lunges
30 boxjumps
40 Squats.

Amazing job on the first week of our fitness challenge.

Tomorrow is Basic Movements class at 7:30 pm.
The movements we will be covering are as follows.  Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk.  Squat, Sumo deadlift High Pull and Ball Cleans.
If you are interested in improving any of these movements come check it out.  It is a $25 dollar charge for basic movement classes and it is required for all new members.

A small change to the Saturday class, It will be held at 8:00am instead of 9.  Sorry we have a basketball game.

    I chose to do the pain storm today. Finished in 21:11. Yeah, it was tough and it took longer than the regular WOD, but at least I was able to walk out of the gym on my own two legs. That WOD today looked brutal.

    Last night I ate a chili dog and ate a sliced, roasted parsnip. It was really sweet. It was almost like eating dehydrated banana chips.

    Today:
    B - Malt-O-Meal and a green drink (blended up spinach, carrots, celery, parsnip, banana, strawberry, peach, pineapple, mango, orange Juice and water)
    L- bread and a quart of the same green drink.

    B-protein shake
    S-cheese stick
    L-almonds, strawberries, snap peas
    S-beef jerky, carrots
    D- stir fry veggies, beef, pork

    Loved the workout today don't remember my time but enjoyed feeling my legs. Push jerks 120#

  5. Tues food report
    Brad
    B: 2 eggs 3 slices bacon, small glass milk
    S: pistachios
    L: Butternut squash soup, pork, yogurt with blueberries, carrots
    S: pistachios, cashews, egg, 1 slice bacon, handfull of greens, a few pieces of ham
    D: Chicken with pecan dipping sauce, mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)

    Heleen
    B: 1 egg and 3 slices of bacon over mixed greens
    L: The last three bites of my five-year-old's gluten-free pizza. Can you believe I just admitted that?!
    S: cashews
    D: same as Brad
    S: greek yogurt with blueberries and strawberries
    Neighbors brought over cookies. No brainer for me not to eat them because they were not gluten free. I am also happy to report Brad only ate one.
