We will have a Friday 6 am class only.  And Saturday we will be closed.
I will post a wod that can be done at home on Friday for those who can't come in at 6.

    S - Peanut butter bread, and Ovaltine

    B - Raisin Bran
    L - Hard boiled eggs, alfalfa sprout sandwich
    D - Tuna Melts, pistachio pudding
    S - peanut butter bread

    Today's breakfast: Oatmeal

    B-protein shake
    L-veggies,romain lettuce, parma cheese,grilled chicken
    S-mixed nuts cheese stick
    D-mixed nuts
    It was a crazy day...sick kids etc. Didn't make it in, but I didn't each the chocolate sugary treat I was craving!
    Hopfully I can make it in tomorrow.
