  1. Thrusters and wall balls are my nemeses. My double unders weren't so hot today either. Wod time was 11:50 ish.

    I should also have gone heavier in the thrusters in the lifting component: 95, 115, 135

    Food:
    Yesterday:
    L. salad with hamburger, cheese, egg, salsa, ranch. Graham crackers, peanut butter and milk.
    D. broccoli and beef stew over rice, Brazilian lemonade.

    Today:
    s. fruit leather and nuts

    5 min of DU's = Not so great, i lost count...60? with lost of singles in there...no rhythm, maybe that's why i cant dance? I wonder if Clark and Cory can dance...no not together.

  5. Wednesday Food:
    B- protien shake
    L- mixed veggies with pork
    D- green salad with snap peas, cheese, ground turkey,avocado,& salsa

    Liked the work out today still can't do double understand with out whipping my hind end so singles it was. It was the first workout in 3 weeks that it actually had energy. Hopefully it will stay :)
