    Dinner yesterday was shepherd's pie (hamburger, green beans, potatoes) and salad.
    Today:
    Breakfast - Eggs, potatoes, toast, green drink
    Lunch - apple, bread, crackers

    B- protein shake
    L- stir fry veggies with pork
    S- food leather, dried coconut ( too much but I loved it!!!)
    D- green salad, cheese, bell pepper, pork
    S- beef jerky, cottage cheese, slice of pastrami
