    I have loved keeping my food journal this last month and will continue to keep track of my eating. It has made a huge difference to write down what I am eating!

  3. What a work out this morning. I don't think I could have done it without my personal cheer leading team Yvonne, Heleen, Brad and Clark!! Lets just say I was happy when I finished it. My legs felt like Jell-o. :D

    L- salad: romain purple cabbage,spinach, dressing, grilled chicken
    S- mixed nuts
    D- cauliflower, cabbage, spinach, sausage

    Thurs: B - Granola, L - Hard boiled Eggs, D - Chicken Gumbo soup
    Fri: B - Oatmeal, L - french bread&peanuts, D - Salad & Chicken alfredo
    Sat: B -Eggs, L - Quesadilla&sprout/tomato sandwich, D - Hot dogs
