Saturday January 7

Warm up

WOD

5 mins of wall balls,every time you break 5 burpees.

Rest 2 mins

5 min handstand hold, every time you break 5 Pull ups.

Rest 2 mins.

5 mins of double unders every time you break, 5 grasshoppers ,each leg.


Clark mentioned some crazy wods, we are going to call it our pain storm. You can do it anytime during the week if you choose. It will push you to your limit, but if it doesn't kill you it only makes you stronger.

    S: clementine and almonds
    L: Chicken tortilla soup minus tortilla
    S: Apple, carrots
    D: Leftover salmon and green beans
    I would have eaten less fruit, but was out of the house all day so an apple and carrots wasn't really a terrible choice considering my options.

    Brad: Going through sugar withdrawals and it's getting ugly.
    B: 2 eggs, fruit smoothie (blueberries, strawberries, milk, no protein)
    L: Boiled egg, turkey-lettuce wraps, grapes, apple, cheese stick, celery with Easy Cheese
    D: Pork lettuce wrap leftovers, milk
    Not done yet, but this is it so far.

    I have a feeling this pain storm is going to take me to a dark, dark place but I'm willing to try.

    D-Mex salad:beans,cheese,salsa,celery,shredded beef,lettuce

  3. okay, that was tough,brutal even. Great job to Megan, Kelli, and Valerie (sorry if I've mispelled names) YOu did great this morning.

    WoD. 51 wall balls (maybe more)/ 30 burpees; handstand holds and pull-ups; 125 or so double unders and lots of grasshoppers.

    Yesterday: d. hibachi dinner no rice or noodles, water
    s. cheese, nuts, strawberries
    l. cheese quesedilla
    s. jerky and nuts
    b. smoothie

    Today:
    b. Smoothie, two biscuits and a little gravy
    s. jerky and strawberries
    l. tortilla, cheese and 2 scrambled eggs
    s. ??
    d. 3 chicken tenders two with bacon, apple

    L - Acorn Squash with Spaghetti Sauce, Brownies

  7. Didn't do so good today food-wise.

    2 strawberry danish
    4 tacos (home made)
    one rather large brownie (yummmmmmm)

    Back on track tho, just a minor set back. Lost 4 pounds this week according to my scale. Looking forward to seeing how I compare to Cami's scale
