    L: hamburger w/2 patties, sugar free jello
    S: 10 peanuts, slice of cheese, sugar free fudgcicle(these are great, they only have 9 carbs!)

  3. My sister in law gave me this recipe for protein pancakes, I haven't tried them yet, but she swears by them!! I will be trying them out soon!
    Protein Pancakes:
    1/2 cup cottage cheese
    1/2 cup oats
    4 egg whites
    put all ingredients in blender, mix well
    add as much cinnamon as you want for taste
    add natural vanilla
    For toppings she uses sugar free syrup(she says by a good name brand one) or strawberries and whip cream or nonfat greek yogurt.

    B- 2 eggs 1 piece of turkey cut up in the eggs,1/2 cup salsa and whole wheat toast.
    no snack on a field trip with my oldest son.
    L- chicken salad on a thin bun
    S- cheese stick
    D- shredded beef with bbq sauce, carrotts
    Ward auction 1 crepe with strawberries and whipcream and vanilla
    1- brownie

    B- Crepe with strawberries, kiwi and strawberry syrup.
    L- Shredded beef sandwich, celery
    S- Dried fruit and nuts
    D- Steak, broccoli, salad, cottage cheese
    S- whole wheat toast with Nutella and a
    few m& m's

  6. April 22nd:
    So, I knew I was going to cheat today because me and kaleb went to Ruths Chris before the jazz game tonight, which is my favorite restaurant in the world!!!
    B: 2 scrambled eggs with cheese, 1/2 cup milk with 1 cup cereal
    S: 8 peanuts, 2 slices cheese, fudgcicle
    D: steak, ceasar salad, french fries, cheesecake, and yes it was totally worth it!!! :)

    L: 1 pc bread turkey sandwich with cheese and mayo, 10 potato chips, sugar free jello, fudgcicle
    D: 1 beef enchilada, apples, bananas and strawberries, bean and cheese dip, 10 tortilla chips
    S: hard boiled egg. 1 tsp pbutter, fudgcicle
