    S: 1/3 zone bar
    B:protein shake with starwberries and some cashews
    L: egg salad sandwich and /2 orange
    S: turkey hot dog, 7 wheat thins and pistachios
    D: grilled chicken sandwich
    S: chocolate milk (sugar free syrup) and pistachios

    Extra snack because I ran this morning.

    Workout I only did 45# and my time was 19:54

  3. B-Hard boiled egg with 1/3 cup of naked juice
    S-grapes and strawberries
    L-club salad
    D-grapes, strawberries, almonds,two chicken bites(chickfila) from my daughters dinner. (meant to get a salad but it got too late)
    Today was not the greatest in getting in all the food I needed to. Spent the day in SLC and it just was crazy :)

    S: turkey hot dog, wheat thins, peanut butter
    L: tacos
    S: turkey hot dog, 1/2 orange, pisachios
    D: Asian chicken cooked in evoo and rice

  6. Yea! I finally have internet. I never realized how much I rely on my dumb computer. But it sure is nice to have it back and running

    Day 3
    B: grapefruit, pita, egg, cheese
    S: hard boiled egg, 1/2 apple, pb
    L: grilled chicken salad
    S: string cheese, popcorn
    D: pineapple, cantaloupe, pork taco

    I did the challenge Monday and Tuesday also, do you want me to still post what I ate on the other days?

    S.hard boiled egg, 1/3 cup of naked juice
    B. Protein smoothie
    L. tortilla, 2 eggs, black beans,avocado,salsa,cheese (that was sooo much food!)
    D. grilled chicken salad from costa vida-no rice or chips, on wheat tortilla
    I didn't snack in the afternoon, because I was NOT hungry. Is that a problem?

  9. Need to post daily but kids keep life hopping.
    Today April 11th
    B: 2 eggs, 1/4 cup salsa
    S: 1/2 apple and 1 T chunky peanut butter
    L; Chicken salad, protien shake
    D; Shrimp, peas and sweet potatoe fries baked.
    Previous April 10th
    B: 2 eggs, 5 carrotts, glass of milk
    L; Taco salad
    D; Stirfry
    Dessert; 5 chocolate orange sticks ( Blast)
    Striving to do better wish me luck this weekend eating out.

    April 9th first day
    B; 2 eggs scrambled, 3 carrots and 5 almonds 1/2 apple and water
    L; 6 pumpkin seeds, Lettuce and cucumber and turkey bacon salad.
    D; Chicken, broccoli, frozen corn.
