    S: 8 peanuts, sugar free jello, 1/2 tortilla, string cheese

  5. I hear you I am really sucking up this diet this time. I don't know why but I can't seem to resist the sweets. But even partially dieting I am seeing a great difference in my work out. Go Zone diet! B- Eggs, carrotts
    Snack almonds and some candy
    Feed the kids but go busy talking with a friend while the kids played and missed lunch. grabed a box of crackers to eat while we headed out for the afterschool rush.
    D- Left overs 1/2 chicken noodle soup and salad.
