  1. Fran always shows up on my rest day. I am committing now to do it on Friday. I still need to do it Rx. I probably won't sleep the next 2 nights just thinking about it.

  2. I thought I better post now before I forget. Again not doing so hot on the diet. All those out there don't worry I'm no threat.
    Breakfast: I have 2 scrambled eggs and 1/2 cup salsa. a small glass of milk.
    S; 5 almonds and a few pieces of califlower
    L- Chicken, with mayo ( made with olive oil hope that is heathlier)and lettuce on thin bun, 1/2 an apple.
    S- a chocolate marshmallow bunny from easter ( bad) 1 Tbsp crunchy peanut butter.
    D- is a relief society birthdy thing so I am sure I am in the whole for points. but on the plus side I can do the work outs well most of them with out wanting to die and throw up. Now I just feel the pain from the muscles we are working. YEA!!

    Fran is hard,glad Vani and Joy worked out with my they kept me going.

    B. 1 egg with cheese and 1 slice of wheat bread with butter
    L. white chicken chili one wheat roll.
    S. peach yogurt, 1 slice of roast beef, half a slice of sharp cheddar
    4 little bites of a slice of cheese pizza
    D. chicken cashew bowtie salad, 2 fruit kabobs.

    L: bean and cheese burrito
    D: chicken alfredo homemade pizza, 1/2 tortilla
    S: yogurt, 1 tsp pbutter
