Tuesday may 1

Warm up +run 400 meters Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1 3 rounds for time 21 pull ups 12 front squats 135/95 Bonus No Saturday classes for the next few weeks because of soccer.

  1. I ended up only using 95# for the front squats [I can't remember my time], but I got a new PR on the shoulder press (110#).

    Good workouts this week. I think I'm sore and tired just about everywhere between my ankles and my neck.
