Thanks for the lunges, CFants - they're always fun.

  2. Thanks for keeping the 6am class going Ernie! I have been battling a cold this week. I will be there tomorrow!
Since the challenge ended I have still been keeping a food journal. However, I noticed last week that I wasn't eating as well as I had been during the challenge. There really is something to being accountable to someone. This week I have been eating as though someone is looking at my journal and I have done a lot better.
The challenge was great and really got me in the habit of writing down and being aware of everything I am eating.

  3. Ernie was is just you this morning? Today was my day off, and I must say I am happy about that. 200m of lunges does not sound fun to me :D see you 6am'ers' tomorrow!!

    1. Way to go on your PRs, Megan.
545, eh? I wonder if they'll let me do this WOD again tomorrow, so that I can eke out 10 more points somewhere.

  5. yep, it was pretty empty today at 9:30. So glad Sharlyn was there to do the work out with! Don't laugh at my low #'s all you buff people. It sounded like child birth was happening while doing some of these lifts :D

    1. Those aren't low #s. A 145# deadlift means that you can pick up even the biggest of your children off the ground by the belt loops. That could come in handy next time you feel like throwing them out in the snow.
