My eating habits seem to be getting worse not better. I'll try harder today. I've realized that it's hard when you're not doing this as a family all together.
Today's Mobility WoD from Kelly Starrett is pretty interesting, especially for those that pee during jump rope. This is not uncommon. The article and video are a little hard to understand but review them a couple of times and you will find some useful things to practice.
