Rest Day!! Thursday Food: B- protein shake L- stir fry veggies with pork S- food leather, dried coconut ( too much but I loved it!!!) D- green salad, cheese, bell pepper, pork S- beef jerky, cottage cheese, slice of pastrami

Did pain storm today. My legs are jello. 200 meters of lunges was brutal!!
