I wanted to share what I ate for dinner tonight. I got some chicken breasts and I dipped them in egg and then rolled them in coconut flour with red curry powder for flavor. I fried them in evoo. I also had some roasted cabbage. I cut it long ways and made rings brushed olive oil on top and seasoned with salt and pepper cook at 350 for 20 mins yummy, and paleo.
