  1. I love Nancy. Finished in 10:43 with 55#. 130# front squat. I felt really good during today's workout. Slept extra yestetday and had a bite to eat before workout, I think it made a difference.

  2. Front squat 135#, WOD time 10:54 30# overhead squat. I have to say it was tuff for me today. All his holiday eating and less sleep is catching up with me. Can't wait to start a new year and feel good again.
