    I'm going to try to eat better today than I have been recently. I've got some boiled eggs, tuna and an orange for lunch.
    And I've handed over a 2.5 lb bag of candy to the guy in the cubicle next to me to ration out, so I don't eat it all in one day.

  4. Pull ups made it to round 8 without a band. Should say I made it to round 8 with mostly attempts since on many of them I didn't get my chin above the bar. Overall I'm getting better at it.
    Hang power clean: 35, 45, 65, 75, 80, then only 2 at 85
    Bonus

    I'm going to take a nap in honor of Megan doing two workouts.

    Ernie--good move to give the candy to someone else.

    We are hosting a Warren Miller movie viewing party Friday at 7pm if anyone wants to come over to watch and hang out. Ski season is upon us!

  6. Just finished the WOD. I gave up after 12 rounds of pullups because I was tearing. Hang Power Cleans 2 reps at 125#.

  7. 8:30 class was fun.

    17 rounds plus 7. I tried for 10 but couldn't get my chin over the bar. My hands didn't fair so well.

    Hang Power Cleans: 95, 105, 125, 135, 145. I blame the pull-ups for my low numbers.
