  1. I've been sick...today was the first day back and I can say I honestly missed it! It was a fun WOD... 8:37 maybe? 8 min and something. I'm still doing push ups on my knees. I need to start trying from my toes.

  3. I had to do the WOD at home since my baby is still sick. My time was 15:59. Those wall climbs killed me and I hope I did them right???
