    I was too beat to do the bonus today. My hat's off to the rest of the 6am crew who stuck it out.

    Nutrition post coming soon (I know you can't wait)! Anyone else struggling through the holidays? Everywhere I go people keep making me gluten-free desserts. Very nice and I appreciate the thoughtfulness, but then I am obligated to eat some. I would rather show up to a party and not have dessert!

  3. So ... if some nameless person(s) were to bring a whole lot of gluten free sweets into the gym.... you'd be mad, but you'd still feel obligated to eat them? Hmmm. (* diabolical laughter *) Catching up to your WOD times may be a lot easier when you have a gut full of snickers bars slowing you down.
    I'll have to make sure you leave some for the other speedy guys, too.

  4. Okay I will be completely honest, I looked at the WOD this morning and thought no sweat can do this one...it was much harder than I though,and sweat I did!!
