We will have our Final Weigh for our fitness challenge on Friday so eat good this week and work hard  to get a few extra pounds down.
We will start a 30 day challenge on January 1.  More details to come.

    I missed all last week. You lose confidence in yourself when you miss too many days. The mental talk changes. I find the best medicine for improving my mental conversation is to consistently show up. Great Job everybody.
