Front Squat

Tabata
20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds of the following exercises.

Hang Power Cleans 95/65
Push Press 95/65
Lunges
Burpees

Bonus

We will not be opened Saturday December 24th. 
Friday we will announce the winner of our first Fitness Challenge.

  1. Thanks to Haleen for pushing me to do 65# on the cleans, too bad I couldn't keep it up and dropped to 45# for the push press. My lowest numbers were 6 cleans, 9 push press, 10 lunges, and 4 burpees. Still stuck at 115# for my front squat.

  2. Great workout this morning! Thanks for being a good sport, Corey. It seems like it is rare for me to have a chance at Rx, so I like to give it a try when the recommendations are (seemingly) within reach.

    Front Squat: 90, 105, 115, 125
    WOD: Cleans 3 (65#), Push Press 6 (45#), Lunges 15, Burpees 5.

  3. Yeah made it to the pm class. Can't remember my #s it's too late but enjoyed the work out. I think they were something like 10,10,13,3 and did the 45# bar for both.
