    My jerk wasn't as impressive. Eric actually called me out for pressing instead of jerking. Oh-well.

  2. I did yesterdays wod today. I got 8 rounds +9 deadlifts and 6 pushups. Wow that was tough. everyone that did it yesterday, your my heroes. Everyone is getting so strong and you are pushing yourself, I like it.

  3. I've been watching some clean-jerk videos today. It looks like some lifters are in a full front-squat when they catch their clean. They barely yank it above their belly buttons and then dip way down to their ankles to catch it. I want to try it again now.
