  2. Looks like it was a fun workout! I am still fighting a cold and sore throat. I am going out of town this weekend and am trying to get better. Hoping to make it in this week!

  4. I have to say this workout was kind of fun. Especially after yesterday. I did the 35# kb, 25# sit up, and 14# ball slam. My time was 10:24. For a snack today I had apples dipped in almond butter. It kept me from eating peanut butter m&m's, so I consider that a success.
