Great week of workouts.  Everyone is getting so strong and improving so much.

  4. I'm already sore. Love it!
    45# hang power clean
    WOD: Completed 5 rounds with 115# on the deadlift, push ups on toes, and used the 14# ball for wall balls.
    Bonus GHD sit ups.
    My first Rx day. Woot!

    Looking for another reason to avoid carbs high carb intake?
    Carbohydrates have been shown to raise triglycerides and lower HDL cholesterol, both of which are indicators of heart disease. Eat your veggies, meats, and fat!

  5. Did 45# snatch. Did 95# dead lift, pushups on toes and 14# ball. Did 7 rounds even. I have actually stuck to paleo the last few days and I am feeling great. Today for lunch I had eggs with ham and fresh salsa. Delish!!!

  6. Snatch 30# deadlift 95# push ups (completed) 14# ball. Dud 7+8 rounds. Liked the work out. Did well eating today, probably cause I spent it outside doing yard work. I think Ian going to be very sore tomorrow.

    80# dead lift, pushups (with some knees . . . don't say anything Jer!), 8# ball. 4 rounds +9 +7

    41 sit-ups.

    This might come hit me tomorrow. We'll see what happens. Didn't drink too much water today . . . had a dentist appointment. :P
