Try it, you won't be sad. It tastes and smells like thanksgiving and my co-workers are all sad I'm not sharing.

    Megan blew my deadlift out of the water. I was forced to go back and eke out a few more back squat pounds to soothe my ego.


    I've fallen off the nutrition wagon a couple of times this week (pancakes this morning, mashed potatoes last night). I'm having a hard time refusing food that others make for me. I suppose I'm still meeting the lesser goal one serving or less of grains a day.

  4. I really enjoy Lettuce wraps. I use ground turkey some soy sauce and roasted red peppers and garlic. I will brown the meat then add some cabbage and mushrooms. Once the meat is cooked through put in a lettuce wrap.
