    Hey Corey! I saw your post about pull-ups yesterday. Well, you are way ahead of me on this skill, but I say we should be pull-up buddies for the month of December and really work on them. I have a long list of excuses for why I can't, but I've grown tired of that list and it's time to work harder. Whaddya say?

    Phew! Glad to see I still beat Heleen! I was a little bit worried. :)

    Question: Why isn't CrossFit A.N.T.S on facebook so I can "Like" it?

    On the shoulder press I got to 75# and.failed after 2. I got 95# on the thrusters. My.goal is to.do the 65# thruster on fran next time we do it so i.really need to get.stronger on those.
