  1. LOVED!!! the work out today! I was actually able to do the whole seven rounds!! woot! woot! I can't remember my time, dang it! I guess I am just so happy I could finished the whole WOD today! Front squat 15# and 12 inch box jumps.

  2. Today was a good one. I was the slowest one this morning by far at 14 minutes. But it felt good just to finish.

  5. Its just a photo Jer, nothing to exciting. I did it today. I had to replace my dips for situps. I did 45# front squats, situps and 20" boxjumps. My time was 8:30 something. Everyone did awesome.
