Friday Night is the Nutrition kick off at 6:00 at our home.  Saturday is the weigh in and Wod. 8am.

    Count 'em. 7 full rounds of running and singles. Plus 225# back squat... Not quite as tough as I pretend to be, but I am getting closer.

  3. Cheat to win! And...Jer did 3 reps with that weight, which means his max is much higher. 4 rounds of double unders that I wouldn't have even come close to trying even 3 months ago. They ain't pretty, but getting better.

    I need to start adding a few double-unders into my warm-up routine. I have no coordination. I think I can hear the rope laugh at me every time I trip over it.
