135 pound Power Cleans
Bar-facing burpee's.


The classes were so fun today, thanks everyone for coming and sharing the pain.

    I'm pooped and sore, but glad tomorrow is my rest day. See ya'll on Friday. (hopefully by then I will have graduated from the walker to the cane)

  4. The 6am crew knocked it out of the garage this morning. It's great to have happy and excited people to keep me going so early in the morning.

  5. Great workout. I did it on my own. 9:10 with 95#. The cleans were tough, burpees felt good.

  7. Ok, so I had to scale down. In need of a rest day - gone 3 in a row. I did 15-9-3 with 95# clean. Weight was good, but I vote that burpees be forever banned from crossfit since a burpee isn't really a real thing anyway. I completed my work-out in 5:51. See you all soon.
