  3. If you ask nice, I'm sure the coaches will be kind enough to let you go all the way from Saturday morning to Monday without any squats. ;)

    I don't think it will be your normal squat muscles that will fail first in this workout. (I could barely lift my pen after this one).

  4. Oh I'm feeling it. Only made 5 rounds (9:05?) but even now my arms are shaky the squats were nothing compared to the pull ups and push ups!! Ready for my day of rest??
